Women’s health network secures investment

A women’s health network of gynaecological and obstetric providers has secured investment to support its growth.

Together Women’s Health, headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, provides women’s health services from board-certified physicians, certified nurse midwives and other healthcare professionals.

Services include laboratory work, skincare and rejuvenation, mammography (breast X-ray screening), and traditional obstetric and gynaecology care.

The investment was provided through a senior credit facility arranged to support the company’s growth.

Monroe Capital acted as joint lead arranger on the funding, supporting private equity sponsor Shore Capital Partners’ investment.
