Listen now: Addressing unmet needs in women over 40 – The Femtech World Podcast

Femtech World meets the founders of the FemAging Project, Denise Pines and Fard Johnmar, to hear more about their mission to harness innovation and address unmet health and well-being needs among women.

Founded in 2019, the FemAging Project delivers research, education, insights and other resources to help drive the development of innovations that meet the unique health, wellness and well-being needs of women.

The project has two areas of focus: producing insightful original research, engaging in innovation acceleration and other activities to support innovations for women ages 40+, and working to close the women’s health gap by delivering personalised insights to innovators via its AI-powered assistant Femmaya, as well as producing events packed with actionable learnings.

In this episode we talk about the evolution of the FemAging project, how it’s expanding to further advance innovation in women’s health and what trends we can expect to see in the femtech sector in 2025.
