Advertising company JCDecaux to offer staff reproductive support in partnership with Hertility

JCDecaux has introduced reproductive support for its employees in a new partnership with the women’s health start-up Hertility.
As part of the partnership, JCDecaux will provide a range of policies and tools to proactively support employees and their partners by giving them access to fertility counsellors, advisers, private gynaecologists as well as hormone, fertility and nutrition specialists.
Staff will also be offered free access to Hertility’s at-home blood tests that screen for hormone and fertility issues, including reproductive health conditions, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), as well as assessing for the onset of the menopause.
Carly Stanley, JCDecaux’s UK People Director, said: “We’re so excited to partner with Hertility as part of our vision to support our colleagues’ growth personally and professionally.
“We know that investing in our colleagues’ health and happiness pays commercial dividends too, ensuring our people stay, grow and continue to thrive with us.
“We believe it’s important as a responsible employer to send a message to our staff that not only do we support them with when and how they decide to start, or expand, their family, but we also want to help them on that journey.
“Let’s not forget, at its heart JCDecaux is a family-owned business.”
Hertility says it is working with JCDecaux to make meaningful, lasting change within their organisation through the co-creation of robust reproductive health policies, facilities and support networks.
Its experts will provide educational sessions to empower employees and help them understand their hormone health, become fertility fluent and map out the various paths to starting a family.
