
Four inspirational leaders have been shortlisted for the Femtech World Leader of the Year award, sponsored by IVF 2.0.
IVF2.0 is a UK-based company which uses AI to improve IVF outcomes. Its tools help embryologists better select oocytes, embryos and sperm to ease workload and increase pregnancy success rates.
The company has a strong research background, peer reviewed publications and experienced leadership.
The team will judge the four submissions for the Leader of the Year category, with the winner announced at a virtual ceremony on May 2.

PherDal is developing the first FDA-cleared, at-home fertility treatment. Its technology aims to bring assisted reproduction back into the home as an affordable, over-the-counter fertility treatment.
Athena Doshi, founder and CEO of Celeste

Celeste is a start-up which uses AI-powered precision medicine to enable healthcare providers and payers to assess how a patient will respond to medications and subsequently create personalised adherence plans.
