Period brand Riley achieves B Corp certification

Female-founded period care brand, Riley, has achieved B Corp certification after a year-long application process.
The assessment, conducted by B Lab, evaluates companies across five key impact areas: governance, workers, community, environment and customers.
“We started Riley with the mission to create better periods, for people and our planet, and becoming a B Corp is an incredible validation of the work we’ve done to make that mission a reality,” said Fiona Parfrey, co-founder of Riley.
“The process was long and challenging, but for good reason. This certification isn’t just a badge; it’s proof that we hold ourselves accountable to genuine impact.
“We are on a mission to make a tangible social impact and change the way period care has always been consumed. We’re working with businesses to provide for their people. Because we believe period care is a basic human need and should be provided in every bathroom just like toilet paper and hand soap. A simple but powerful step in the right direction.”
The certification provides confirmation that the products are made from organic materials and biodegradable where possible, that the company is supporting menstrual equity and fighting period poverty by donating products and advocating for change, and that Riley has transparency and accountability.
“Being a B Corp means we will continue pushing ourselves to do better for our customers, our business partners and our planet,” said Parfrey.
“The assessment process will happen every couple of years, meaning we’ll be held accountable to keep improving and pushing the status quo.”
Riley is now one of only 7,000 certified B Corps across the globe.

The disciplined advantage: Wellness for modern leadership

By Chaitra Vedullapalli, founder and president, Women in Cloud
Today’s leaders are carrying more than responsibilities.
They are carrying caregiving roles, financial pressures, legal complexities, and the quiet emotional weight of sustaining performance in unpredictable times.
And yet, most leadership forums still focus on productivity, growth, and scale, rarely addressing the human systems that enable sustained leadership.
At Women in Cloud, we believe the next generation of leadership will not be defined by endurance alone, but by discipline, preparation, and self-respect.
That is why we are proud to announce the #WICxWellness Summit 2026: The Disciplined Advantage.
This is a wellness summit focused on leadership preparedness.

Through science, lived experience, and practical frameworks, this summit equips leaders to:
- Anticipate strain instead of reacting to a crisis Design sustainable work rhythms
- Protect cognitive and emotional capital
- Lead from grounded strength
This is leadership infrastructure for the next decade.
